MediClub provides both free and paid services.

Paid services are clearly marked and require successful payment prior to activation.

Subscriptions:

• are billed periodically in advance,
• renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period,
• can be cancelled via platform.

Subscription or usage fees already paid are non-refundable unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

There is no entitlement to permanent availability of free services.
